Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on November 13, 2023, found that Delaware Hospice, Inc., had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey completed on September 14, 2023.
